New Office
settles down to work
Since the July NETSO elections, a lot has
been going on in the background. Handing
over procedures have been completed and
necessary consultations done to enable the
new office to continue with God’s
assignment. The new office is therefore
settled for work. However, it needs your
support and prayers. The following are the
members of this office in case you missed an
earlier email introducing the office
bearers: i) Peter Osano (USA) –
Chairman, ii) Isaya Onjala (Canada) –
Secretary and iii) Consolata Oketch
(Canada) – Treasurer
New
Members
Membership has been fluid as expected.
Thanks to God there has been a steady growth
in membership over the years. Today we take
time to welcome officially, those who have
joined the NETSO family recently. These are
Janet and
George Owino together with their
children who are currently staying and
working in Seychelles. We also welcome
Evelyn and
Julius Omware who have
established a working base and home in the
cosmopolitan city of Toronto in Canada. Our
hearts reach out to these dear ones and we
only pray that Christ may continue to bind
us together in love as we look forward to
His second coming. Our mission, apart from
links with and obligations to NET Ministries
is to maintain unity as God’s people
occupying various parts of this planet
earth. Let more new members be identified
and let the fellowship of brethren blossom.

Events

the Gospel of Jesus Christ in different
parts of Nyanza and the country as a whole.

Remember to present this mission to God
whenever you pray
NET AGM
Brethren gather at St Philip’s ACK
Church Jericho, Nairobi for the AGM. Pray
that God will appoint men and women of
integrity to lead NET into the future
venture as God directs.
Wedding Bonanza
For the first time in many years,
NET Ministries is seeing a great blessing in
terms of marriages. At least four weddings
are taking place within a duration of two
months. The list as received from the NET
Secretariat in Nairobi show that Sarah weds
Albert in Kisumu on the 19th,
Janet weds Patrick in Nairobi on the 26th,
Macrine weds Isaiah in Nairobi on 3rd
of December while Caroline and Alego also
wed in Nairobi on the same day. You may not
know some of these brothers and sisters.
However, they need your prayers as they join
this important institution.
Prayer Call
As watchmen placed in this world by
God Almighty, We need to stand in the gap.
You are therefore called upon to remember in
prayer NETSO family of believers (names and
contacts contained in this newsletter), NET
Ministries and the activities it is carrying
out, and last but not least, our country
Kenya, which is undergoing heavy political
dispensation at the moment. We belong to one
body of Christ and it is prudent of us to
remember each other and show that we are
doing so.
Also Pray for Kenya since disputed Elections
in December many have died, injured and
displaced Let's take our country back for
the Lord.
Christmas and Holiday season
We are only a few days to the
festive month of December. Christmas when we
remember the joy of God’s love manifested in
the birth of Jesus Christ will soon be here
with us. This year we welcome you to share
your joy and love with other NETSO members
and make this season a real time of love and
sharing. Share with us your challenges,
victories and all the laughable stories and
events form your family, location on the
globe and let us know what is going on in
your part of the world. These will be
collated in this newsletter if it will be
able to continue and be distributed next
month. Also share with others photos so that
we identify some of the faces whose names we
so much know about. This kind of fellowship
will make somebody’s Christmas holiday a
little bit better.
But grow in the grace and knowledge of our
Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be
glory both now and forever! Amen! [2 Peter
3:18/NIV]
